To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修前，食物質素良好，refill速度也可以，所以也經常惠顧lol今年聖誕抱著期待的心情再次惠顧裝修後嘅薈景。眼見食物賣相非常良好，本滿心歡喜lol但一試後shockedhuffy…… 海鮮冷盤，我可以食到一隻完全生嘅鮑魚……龍蝦D肉韌到…………長腳蟹就還可以。其它冷盤食物就一般，係剌身最好，起碼新鮮小小。 到食熟食，係好多款式，但可惜係好睇唔好食！到最食甜品，到大約2215左右竟然可接近咩都無曬，第二輪已經貴過第一輪，仲要無refill唔識預兩輪份量就咪鬼做兩輪啦仲要係聖誕！！！ 到咁上下，有個經理行埋黎話我地用餐可以到11點，依家可以繼續拎嘢食！我直接同佢講 "其實出面已經無咩嘢食" 個經理竟然走左去好，我當你聽唔到！咁我緊係臨走再同另一個講啦，我話 "你地真係差左" 佢竟然一樣唔俾反應我家陣解釋或者問下有咩可以改善都無 我諗我唔會再去呢間野食.
