呢間店簡直係所有喜歡吃和牛人士的天堂,我都唔知點形容佢,總之就係好好味啦,不如睇相先啦!全店都係供應A5 和牛, 共三款餐選擇,每個餐有7款肉,一邊食店員會一邊講解,我哋食緊嘅係乜嘢肉,係乜嘢部位的肉。店員話佢地的肉係BMS 10, 11,唔太肥,瘦又有牛味,有marble, 是最靚的。我哋選了omakase great, 每位盛惠1200幾,係full omakase.Salad: 自家調製dressing(蒜、合桃油、醋)和牛他他sashimi:Shakushi: 薄、膊頭肉,提供bubble sauce, 放上牛會溶Misuji:粒粒牛,前臂肉Misuji薄片:這店最受歡迎的肉Daisankaku:大三角薄片以上兩樣點配自家芝麻醬日本產冬菇:牛肉toro sushi: 調味恰到好處煎帶子:配他他sauce, 魚籽Kimurayaki 2: 另一店內受歡迎嘅肉, 西冷部位,自家旦醬隔開蛋白蛋黃,再將旦白發泡Musuji:配木魚湯汁Chateaubriand steak:filette部位, 上面有海胆,牛油蒜片豉油,我最鍾意食呢個素面:素面汁有飛魚籽加入,仲有一隻新鮮蝦鮮奶布甸:士
