To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

野食唔太好食，個冬陰功湯超難飲，格硬調到好酸好辣咁就當係，炒金邊粉有鋼絲刷的鋼絲係入邊，同職員反映返，重意為我地要屈佢的咩咁，我只係要求換其他野食，無咩必要都唔好幫襯呢間。希望餐廳可以改善一下整體衛生和服務水平，雖然覺得機會唔大，因為當晚餐廳決策人士都坐係我格離張台，都無任何反應，所以唔會再幫襯呢間餐廳。值得一提係當日係星期六晚，西貢其他餐廳都爆棚的時候，得呢間一入就有位。證明問題一早都有，無人去正視。食物質素：2環境：3服務態度：2
