To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超級差，一肚氣

見兩個多月無去食，於是再去食，但今次超級差，之前覺得呢間不過不失，只係較多油，但今次中伏頂住度氣，首先入去周圍枱底下好污蔑，應該係店員將客的食物抹咗D落地，枱面又有幾粒食物，都算心諗食完走，叫咗個石頭鍋肉粒豆腐，頂……，成鍋好似紅椒洋蔥雜菜咁，豆腐似豆卜，仲要得6小粒。好貴囉，又超多油，好興吖忍唔住叫店長望，佢話㕑房話有7至8件豆腐，我話吓有豆腐咩超细又扁似豆卜，佢用匙數豆卜，數到7小粒，就即细聲話有7件，7個頭咩爛哂一分為二啦，超嬲
