To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左間價錢超親民，超抵食既燒肉放題～校長燒肉日韓料理。唔單止有燒肉任食，仲有刺身，仲可以打邊爐，仲有16款花茶配料自由組合，清酒、梅酒、Hoegaarden Rosee 啤酒任飲。Hoegaarden 出面餐廳飲1杯都4、5 十蚊。刺身種類都多，三文魚、馬刀貝、赤貝、劍魚腩、希靈魚、虎蝦同仿飽魚。除咗燒肉，仲有得打邊爐添。湯底有一邊燒烤一邊邊爐，真過癮。熟食竟然有年糕福袋，I like it, 仲有點心。👍甜品都唔錯，款式多，自由組合既台式仙草甜品🤤，又雪糕又雪條，幾鐘意個冰鮮菠蘿，啲奶涷又幾好食👍。餐廳真係可以反攻深圳，返深圳要車費又匯率，真係扺過深圳添。
