因為同事強力推薦呢間餐廳💪🏻💪🏻, 所以搞到我都好期待去呢度食。早幾個星期前約埋班同事一齊去試, 點知午市好旺場, 去到既時候已經full house😣。於是今次我地原班人馬早早Book定位, 捲土重來! 店員會係訂座日前一日打電話confirm booking, 佢地打黎既時候, 咁岩我開緊會miss左call, 佢地既處理手法係會用voice message☎️留言俾我, 等我得閒就覆佢地電話。我覺得咁樣做幾貼心, 起碼會尊重番客人既時間, 唔會瘋狂打電話黎搵我!👍🏻餐廳以黑⚫️白⚪️兩種顏色為主調, 中心位置就係開放式廚房同埋吧枱, 而沿住牆身同窗口就係卡位。由於餐枱既數量唔算好多, 所以客人同店員走動既空間會較多, 令人感覺都無咁逼同焗促, 坐得好舒服。雖然用左開放式廚房, 但我地食完野離開餐廳時, 個身都唔覺得有油煙味, 證明佢個抽風做得唔錯!👍🏻呢度有lunch menu, 不過入面唔係set lunch。湯🥣, 沙律🥗, 主菜同甜品🍮都有獨立價錢, 係 a la carte menu。主菜價錢由 $108 -$288 不等, 而最貴果款龍蝦意粉🦞🍝需要一日前預訂先有得食, 不過

麵包四四方方, 外面脆口但入面鬆軟。雖然係跟餐送既, 但都好好食, 一d都唔馬虎。碟既一邊放左一小碟黑醋同橄欖油, 另一邊則有sour cream, 可以隨意用黎沾麵包一齊食。三款之中我比較中意沾黑醋, 酸酸地加上麵包原來的甜味, 兩者好夾。而且佢既黑醋好似比出面既醋稠身少少, 唔會好稀, 幾特別。

呢個Risotto係我點既, 揀佢既原因係因為我本身好中意食魚香茄子煲 (基本上去親大排檔都會叫), 但係意大利版既魚香茄子, 真係未試過, 未聽過, 所以決定試一試佢! 呢個係首先上枱既款式, 店員拎過黎既時候已經聞到好香, 望落去第一眼都幾surprise👀, 因為同我印象中既魚香茄子差好遠 😆 燈黃色既risotto睇落好稠身, 肉碎同茄子絲分佈平均, 而且飯粒好飽滿, 整體賣相好吸引。


食落去第一啖就食得出煮法好正宗, 飯粒既口感同坊間一般餐廳既risotto好唔同。街外既餐廳有95%既risotto入面, 飯粒咬落去係全熟, 口感軟林林;而呢度既risotto既飯粒咬落去有種半粉筆既口感, 比粘米硬但彈牙, 而米既中心係煮到僅僅生的, 煮法好正宗! 由於飯粒面頭沾滿醬汁, 所以除左有咬口之餘, 仲好濕潤, 咬爛D飯粒仲可以底汁既香味, 真係好好食!🤤😋


個底汁對比起大排檔既魚香茄子黎講, 佢無左果種魚既咸香同埋咁有鑊氣。但係仔細食落去又真係有少少減咸版既魚香茄子味, 好似食緊份子料理咁 😂😂

男同事叫左主餐牌入面既carbonara, 因為佢聽講話呢度既carbonara好出名好好食。上枱時我差D嘩左出聲, 因為我未見過carbonara既顏色可以咁靚咁金黃! 🤩🤩 雖然意粉既份量唔多, 但我都好厚面皮咁R左一啖黎試 😛 真係好好食呀!!!! 未食過咁濃咁香蛋黃味既carbonara, 同埋食得出麵條係手造既, 比出面一般既意粉彈牙同香好多, 而且仲好掛汁添。另外醬汁既濃度調製得岩岩好, 香滑得黎唔係一pat pat, 而且醬汁完美地包住每一條意粉, 正到暈! 🤤🤤🤤


唯一美中不足既只係佢個份量, 實在太少了, 男同事食唔飽 😅 好在有之前既餐包頂一頂, 如果唔係就要另外買下午茶食了 😂

今日打呢篇食評既時候, 岩岩出左2020年度香港米芝蓮結果, 介紹我黎呢間餐廳既同事話Involtini再次榜上有名! 好勁! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 證明呢間餐廳無論係用料定食物質素都好好! 而且佢仲係香港人「米豬蓮」小店😏! 果然無介紹錯! 雖然價錢偏貴, 但味道絕對對得住個價錢! 間唔時食一次獎勵下自己都幾好! 💪🏻
