記得剛了開張時已經黎幫襯過一次,今晚Girls Talk就梗係要再食啦!睇睇Menu,除左我之前食既椰子雞湯底仲有雞煲同海鮮,我地就加$70要左個升級海鮮盤啦!我地叫左個「飄香椰子雞湯」,當湯滾起時已經傳黎一陣好香既椰子味!湯顏色是濃濃的奶白色,湯內有椰子肉,斬件烏雞,等左大約10分鐘,配料都黎啦,餐單上1-11號都係已經會跟埋架啦,當然唔少得豐富既海鮮盤啦!海鮮盤黎啦,鮑魚好大隻,而且一d都唔靭,扇貝仲好大隻,仲帶有少少海水味。美國桶蠔海水味好重,好鮮味,蠔肉好肥美,一咬好似必晒出黎咁。之後就到餐單上既配料,泰式排骨好好味,佢同一般排骨唔同味,仲夾集左d香茅香料味咁,而且一d都唔肥!豬頸肉已經切晒條狀,用黎打邊爐岩晒!餐仲有生菜包(以前係外面攞既),生菜包有d辣。泰國特色丸同自家制手打丸都好特別,要介紹下「泰式舔肉球」,個名都得意,其實都係肉丸黎,之但係整到粉紅色咁,就好似貓咪個肉球咁!黑松露墨魚丸幾好食,本來墨魚丸都無乜味,加上黑松露就好夠味啦,熟左一咬陣黑松露味就飄出黎!安格斯靚肥牛真係無得輸,完全係無乜白色脂肪肥肉架!牛味十足,而且好薄,滾兩滾就熟晒了,建議唔好滾太耐,因為會老

外面既野食完全唔同左啦,以前有d熟食,宜家都include晒落個套餐度,唔使自己拎~反而多左好多糕點,我地拎左件千層糕試下,好煙韌,而且仲有少少斑蘭味,本來仲有涼粉,但係太飽了,食唔落啦!
