To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日唔食早餐嘅我，有朋自遠方來住Ritz carlton,仲要酒店包咗早餐，佢咁有誠意約埋我陪佢去食，我仲有咩藉口唔出現？🤣早上8:00，可惜當日太大霧，窗外一片白濛濛看不到任何風景🤷🏻‍♀️幸好有豐富美食搭夠！呢度嘅早餐真係非常豐富，有各國美食😍尤其西式嘅包點，款款都好精美又吸引，而且選擇超多影唔晒！還有節錄一啲我食過嘅同大家分享一下😏我最愛嘅水果酥😍見到上面嘅水果真係非常新鮮👍🏻鬆餅同麵包都有咁多款，真係不得了👍🏻估計係因為呢度比較多外國人入住吧！芝士都有咁多款選擇🤩有各種唔同嘅火腿同埋煙三文魚最特別係個新鮮蜂蜜，真係成個蜂巢箱喺你面前滴出嚟既！勁呀！👍🏻叫即製嘅新鮮奄列，配料都非常豐富好味👍🏻仲有幾款港式招牌中點心👍🏻就係咁享受咗個好豐富又美味嘅早餐💕
