To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日的歌賦街好靜, 得上海弄堂及銀杏館做生意, 平時常到銀杏館食晏, 不如試下新野啦. 一坐低即點左最鍾意的干煸四季豆同醉雞, 朋友點左回鍋肉同津白. d餸好快就到.. 干煸四季豆 - 豆好淋, 加埋肉碎, 餸飯一流, 美中不足就係唔夠亁身 醉雞 - 普通, 雞入味但唔夠滑回鍋肉 - 味道好, 再辣d 仲正 津白 - ok特登order , 點知等左好耐, d餸又超細碟, 差唔多食晒d飯都未到, 原來唔夠飯要煲過, 咁都得! 後加蟮糊同無鍚骨, 兩樣都麻麻地, 蟮糊d汁好似瑞士汁, 又少蟮, 賣88蚊超唔抵! 無鍚骨個汁好甜, 食少少就覺得好漏..... :huffy要留意係人多就唔好揀呢度啦, 分量太少, 一人得一啖咋 人少少就幾好, 可以試多兩味~
