我自細屋邨長大,對於每日都望住嘅冬菇亭大排檔,特別有感情。香港剩餘嘅冬菇亭大排檔已買少見少,而當中亦有唔少令人回味嘅食肆,所以大家有機會的話,點都要去試下...黃大仙下邨嘅利豐打冷小廚喺九龍區都幾出名,大家坐港鐵到黃大仙站C2出口,再向左行唔駛兩分鐘就見到冬菇亭,好方便!雖然利豐以打冷小廚為名,但佢地最強嘅反而唔係潮州打冷,而係港式大排檔小菜...潮州蠔餅($35) - 呢度嘅蠔餅第一個感覺就係唔油膩,而且餅身好有層次,極有咬口,加埋大量新鮮蠔仔,難怪成為利豐名物之一,個人覺得唔蘸魚露食更正,大家不妨試下~!椒絲腐乳炒通菜($30) - 呢味分分鐘係大家去大排檔必叫,而呢度通菜份量足,顏色嫩綠,咬落無渣,絕對係正菜!腐乳落得唔會太重手,味道啱啱好,所以食多幾條菜都唔會覺得口渴~!菠蘿生炒骨($48) - 如果我話呢個係全港最好食嘅生炒骨,大家都可能覺得誇張,但唔信的話即管黎呢度試下!酸汁味道恰到好處,生炒骨外層炸得香脆,肉質咬落鬆化,軟骨仲要爽口到爆,咁夠鑊氣嘅一碟生炒骨,去邊度搵?椒鹽鮮魷炸大腸($58) - 就算去東寶又好金利來又好,椒鹽鮮魷都唔夠利豐整得咁淡口,但唔代表利豐嘅唔好

椒鹽鮮魷炸大腸($58) - 就算去東寶又好金利來又好,椒鹽鮮魷都唔夠利豐整得咁淡口,但唔代表利豐嘅唔好食,只係相對地唔會覺得咁熱氣,一向怕熱氣嘅朋友不妨可以淺嘗一下。至於大腸就炸得夠香,味道亦唔錯,但我就略嫌太厚身,食到有啲口攰...


豉椒炒蟶子($45) - 好多人去大排檔都中意叫豉椒炒蜆,不過我就對炒蟶子更加情有獨鍾。蟶子勁大隻又肥美,隻隻都有成隻手指公咁大隻,而且豉椒味相當香,配埋鮮味十足嘅蟶子真係正到爆!如果大家下次呢度蟶子賣晒的話,先至考慮炒蜆吧~哈哈!
