To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍽 憶食尚臘味煲仔飯📍佐敦文匯街22-24號地下2-4號舖朋友想食煲仔飯，我一於帶佢過嚟，我哋喺佐敦地鐵站A出口行過嚟十分鐘，上咗二樓嘆世界！～廣式臘味煲仔飯飯真係一流！🍚😋 上枱熱辣辣，加埋蔥花、芫荽同豉油，味道非常出色。臘腸、臘肉同臘鴨都好肥美，配埋米飯特別夾，尤其飯焦卜卜脆，好香口。上餸嘅姐姐服務好好，幫手開蓋同撈勻飯焦👍～黃金蝦有十隻呀，真開心😄又係無得頂！🍤色澤金黃，外皮香脆，內裡鮮嫩多汁，入口彈牙，味道豐富有層次。😋醬汁有鹹蛋黃，濃郁香甜，帶出蝦肉嘅鮮味，味道獨特，好正❤️～芥菜排骨煲🍲 排骨嫩滑，入口即化；芥菜清甜爽口，仲有啲黃豆增添口感。湯底鮮甜，飲落去好滋潤，整體味道非常均衡，真係一👍😋總結嚟講，呢度嘅嘢食無論味道定服務都非常好，特別係下次如果想食煲仔飯一定再嚟呢度🍽️😊
