招牌香辣三刀魚($288),魚肉豐厚嫩滑,烤魚配備3個素菜,每日唔同,當日係雞脾菇、蘿白、雲耳,浸住惹味既湯底好入味。花雕雞($78),上菜既生雞肉用花雕酒浸住,聞到陣陣酒香,放落湯到滾熟,同時也可以令湯底精華提升,雞肉好滑溜。日本黑豚肉($88),共有10片,除返開每一片都唔算平,肉和脂肪比例目測7比3,咬落食到豬肉同埋脂肪既香味,兩者味道都唔會蓋過對方,可能哩個就係矜貴之處。鮮淮山片($38),賣相有d似蘿白,當然這個不是蘿白,是淮山,口感比蘿白腍一d。鮮脆響鈴(48),共有8條,都幾新鮮,輕輕滾一下,就食到外腍內脆口感。
