To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去呢間餐廳,到達叫我自己出外面海鮮檔鋪揀海鮮返去比廚房加煮,我太太就出外面海鮮檔鋪揀左3種海鮮,揀左聖子王、奄仔蟹、花螺,我問太太,佢話唔知價錢,海鮮鋪老板話直接拎去餐廳加工煮, 餐廳侍應收到海鮮後第一時間問我地怎樣煮的方法, 豉椒抄聖子王、黃油焗奄仔蟹、白酒煮花螺,餐廳無列出每種海鮮的價錢,無比餐單,其間比好多多餐前小食花生,皮蛋之類,沖左個茶,最後叫左2個白飯,3個人最後埋單1600元,真係中伏,無下次啦!
