To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 完全估唔到响茶餐廳食下午茶要咁貴, 雖然人人都話呢間係高級茶餐廳, 但都唔夠貴成咁呀? 諗住未試過就試一次啦~~ 估唔到真係咁難忘, 雖然係一分錢一分貨, 相信唔會有第2次lor~~ 入到去坐低, 睇咗好耐都唔知食乜好? 同埋五點幾呢個騎呢時間, 都唔知當下午茶食定當晚飯食好? 最後決定食飽d, 最多夜d食宵夜啫~ 所以就叫咗2固飽肚的茶餐+燒味做小食......... 紐西蘭牛柳絲瑞士汁濕炒河果然好濕, 個樣黑忟忟, 好似好濃味好鹹咁, 但知道佢係用瑞士汁, 所以就唔係太擔心佢會過鹹.............佢好似完全冇加其他配菜, 真係得牛柳絲同河粉, 不過牛柳絲可能貴, 唔係太多, 但一d都唔un, 仲有牛肉味, 成碟炒河反而係少少偏甜, 不過都算ok~ 鹹魚雞粒薑米花炒飯唔係好勁鹹魚味, 雞粒又唔覺, 薑味又唔太濃, 炒得又唔算好乾身, 但整體味道上唔錯~ 脆皮燒腩個皮就真係好脆, 而且腩肉係半肥瘦, 又夠林, 超正, 可惜唔係熱辣辣, 如果唔係就真係完美~ 鹹檸水個鹹檸未夠時候, 仲係好實淨, 亦都唔係好鹹, 但相信都係可以下火清熱咁啦~~ 凍奶茶雖然係冰鎮, 感覺上會令杯奶

果然好濕, 個樣黑忟忟, 好似好濃味好鹹咁, 但知道佢係用瑞士汁, 所以就唔係太擔心佢會過鹹.............佢好似完全冇加其他配菜, 真係得牛柳絲同河粉, 不過牛柳絲可能貴, 唔係太多, 但一d都唔un, 仲有牛肉味, 成碟炒河反而係少少偏甜, 不過都算ok~
