Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好憤怒!!!都唔知點解金貴...3人叫3餸1湯....右無menu..都唔知點叫餸..最後叫了:1.胡x豬肚湯2.水瓜烙3.青衣(煎完再蒸)魚4.鹵水併盤(得4塊鵝片,鵝腸好難食,好厚好似擦指膠好難咬斷,7-8塊墨魚)賣單居然要$444...(都無叫貴野)...然後check單...比d職員"胸"lor....跟著看單都唔知寫咩...只看到$150...我估係鹵水併盤...洗唔洗金貴呀..人家全隻鹵水鵝都係$80渣..$120...這個落單前職員早巳說了是青衣魚但之後看到3個分別寫廚部 $45... 即係$45 x 3.....係完全唔知係咩來(如果係一入來桌面上的小食....金就應該一早講明ar.....好唔老實 lorrrr.......)我去太子凌發...6人去..食度超飽..都係$80each 之 ma...所以巳經blacklist 了這間店....我真係會幫該店好好promote 下, 大事宣揚!!!!!
