同好耐冇見嘅Piglet食晏,食完要去中環食綠茶甜品,咁晏晝當然唔可以食太多,最後揀咗呢間賣好多款酒嘅吧。呢間餐廳位於電氣道一棟大廈入面,道閘係鎖咗㗎喎,好彩地今日佢開咗門,所以我可以就咁行上嚟,但睇嚟平時都要㩒門鐘先開到門了。雖然大街上有啲牌,但始終都係比較難啲搵,但唔熟呢頭嘅就真係有啲難度。上到嚟,係一間酒吧,但唔似係傳統嗰啲酒吧喎,牆上面畫滿公仔嘅?!細問之下,原來係中學生畫㗎喎,有趣!lunch set定價又幾合理喎,又有來自多個國家超過200款啤酒,除此之外仲有比較特別嘅生啤,其中兩隻都係佢哋自家制,好想帶啲朋友嚟試晒咁多隻呀!椰子黑啤 ($60)椰子味好濃郁,帶點麥芽嘅甘醇清香,但如果頂層多返啲泡咁就完美喇!老闆娘呵好好人嘅,但我哋掛住傾計,飲完先記得咦好似冇乜泡咁嘅?!Peach Punch ($55)由桃、檸檬汁、紅莓汁溝成嘅mocktail,舊桃似係一舊桃雪,先篤開佢之後就會慢慢滲入飲品裡面,但桃汁嘅濃郁味道蓋過咗另外兩款,層次冇咁突出,但我好鍾意桃汁,所以整體嚟講係解渴好飲!洋蔥湯好耐冇飲過咁足料嘅洋蔥湯!差不多啖啖都係條狀洋蔥多過湯,香甜到不得了,正正正!香蒜欖油

叫咗呢個傳統意大利菜,當然叫咗多蒜多蒜啦,濃烈嘅蒜香加上辣椒乾及香草嘅香味,十分惹味,完完全全刺激味蕾,愈食愈想食!但如果蒜可以再重手啲,咁就完美喇!

平時我唔鍾意食雞胸嘅,覺得佢好嚡口,但Piglet話搖試吓低溫慢煮喎,咪叫個試吓啦!雞胸唔太厚,口感非常軟腍滑溜,仲啖啖都咁juicy,食完都唔似係雞胸,真係誇張!似乎芝士落得重手咗,啲意粉有啲奶粉嘅味道,好搞笑,如果茄汁再重手啲咁就更加好啦!
