To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平常都不知道點什麼外賣好所以也會在附近找不同的街坊餐廳嚐嚐。今天lunch點了這個 芝士汁炸牛扒飯 $50，而它還有一碗湯和飲料呢。它的牛扒很大塊，而且炸得十分徹底，是那種炸得像椰菜花的程度。扒牛扒咬起上來很脆口，超邪惡呢！不過略厭有點油，但如果以茶餐廳和外賣來說，其實也算很不錯的了呢！而牛肉肉質不算是太鞋，吃起上來也不會咬得牙齒太累。這裡的芝士汁狀態是帶點結結的，不會是水水的那種。芝士味道不是很濃郁，但還可以接受的。以茶餐廳來說，我也覺得算ok的了。
