To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 適逢weekend行開荃灣廣場,又太耐冇去旅行,掛住香港人鄉下日本嘅味道,加上都聽人講過質素都唔差而且份量都充足,所以沒有多想就入咗去牛角次男坊。星期六繁忙時間都冇乜特別點樣等位就入咗去,一般商場餐廳嘅環境啦,不過加咗防疫板之後就略嫌有啲迫,坐得唔係話好舒服。咁我就跟住餐牌叫咗個佢最推薦嘅牛角次男丼(差唔多嘅名)同行嘅仲叫咗個豚肉。等咗大概5~6分鐘,就黎到,全程係QR code遙距落單,枱面有水咁。先講結論:豚肉不過不失,我嗰份牛角次男丼,簡單一個字:咸,已經自問食得幾重口味同無叫咩多汁。賣相okay,不過食咗幾啖已經咸到苦,想保住個腎,所以食唔曬,應該唔會再試
