甚少到訪北角搵食,原來禾稈冚珍珠,朋友力推日式小店,已經有10年歷史,門面毫不顯眼,但性價比極高,價錢係平時市區既一半,值得支持㊝ 最重要係食物質素高,老闆亦會親自推介是日新鮮時今貝類及魚。𓆝 𓆞 𓆟𖣤花笛魚鯛兩食淡身魚,肉質較實淨,估唔到可以一半刺身一半炭燒,啱曬人小小既我哋,兩種食法都好味,夠鮮甜𖣤藍鰭吞拿腦天刺身好新奇,第一次聽,原來就係魚頭頭頂嘅稀少部位,比拖羅更淋滑𖣤赤貝刺身好爽口,鮮甜,如果大隻啲更好𖣤松葉蟹3食必食,有3種食法,由淡至濃,多層次品嚐隻蟹,心機菜,啖啖肉𖣤厚燒牛舌切走旁邊多餘部分,只要牛舌芯,唔太好牛舌都覺得爽口有彈性𖣤燒雞翼𖣤燒雞皮𖣤炸河蝦仔𖣤天婦羅茄子𓆝 𓆞 𓆟個人比較喜歡海鮮類及刺身,值得encore。港島區仲有平價居酒屋,大家要多多支持小店,如果唔係就會被消失。
