今晚終於食到超級難book 位嘅米芝蓮1星印度菜🥘,位於Rosewood 5樓嘅 《CHAAT》,呢到環境氣氛好正,侍應會慢慢介紹食物,選擇雖然不是太多,但款款都係吸引及打卡之作🤩🫓🥘🫓🥘🫓🥘🫓🥘🫓🥘🫓🥘🫓🥘🫓🔸小食脆餅 (餐前小食)🫓炸得好脆嘅薄片,有少少辣🌶,但好脆好惹味,配合酸甜醬一齊食好夾,食到唔停口👍🏻🔸Baked Sampsa (Jackfruit Meat)🌮外層甜筒型脆筒薄脆鬆化,內層大樹菠蘿同素肉碎,味道香辣,配乳酪醬食😊🔸Raj Kachori 🥠賣相好靚🥰,好似一個餡餅,側邊放咗唔同顏色嘅醬料點綴,食嘅時候將脆餅敲碎,撈勻全部醬料一齊食,外層鬆脆,裡面塞滿了多種餡料如豌豆及肉碎,醬料香甜酸辣,混埋一齊食好好味😬🔸CHAAT Tandoori (4款不同的Tandoori: 牛面頰、羊架、燒雞、芝士)🥩牛肉切開粉紅色,牛面頰肉好軟淋,食到有膠質帶黏口,味道香濃,好好食👍🏻🐑羊架厚切,用印度香料醃,外面烤得香脆,面上鋪有開心果碎點綴,點上乳酪醬,咬落幾淋又Juicy🐔有濃郁嘅香料及醃料浸入雞肉裏面,雞肉仲可以keep住吾鞋🧀香烤芝士真係好惹味又濃郁🥰🔸Lobster
