To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

只從在圍方食過「Chatterbox Café 」就念念不忘地佢地果喇沙，咁啱今日就約左朋友去大古去食飯，估唔到我同「Chatterbox Café 」咁有緣比我在太古城揾到，架要帶朋友去食下咁正的喇沙。 豬扒喇沙湯底超濃好香椰汁味及湯比較濃郁所以令到啲麵好掛汁及豬扒炸得很香脆同埋果豬扒都好大塊，還有喇沙內一定要有的豆卜及魚片，同埋果魚片都幾多塊的好抵食。 海南雞飯我最鐘意佢地係無骨雞肉，同埋佢果香飯整得好好味，雞肉超級的滑，真係滑過我啲皮膚呀。 斑蘭蛋糕配椰子雪糕食完主菜架要食返果甜品呢一餐先可以叫做完美啦，所以我叫左果甜品係我最愛的斑蘭蛋糕，蛋糕好香斑蘭味道及配上椰子雪糕真係一絕。

我最鐘意佢地係無骨雞肉，同埋佢果香飯整得好好味，雞肉超級的滑，真係滑過我啲皮膚呀。
