Restaurant: Fleur (南豐紗廠)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南豐紗廠應該近年大家都假日必去,疫症期間人流明顯少左,行得好舒服,一去到就比這間餐廳的佈置吸引,一心要一試,唔肚餓都想打個卡影下相,我地帶埋BB去,店員服務好好,好用心幫我地諗BB坐位,去到有袋仔放口罩,仲立即桌上有支消毒,感覺就是超用心睇完餐牌,根本樣樣都想食,但睇相就比一個焗布甸賣相吸引了,另外叫左個厚切豬黑炭三文治,兩者賣相都好好,配合埋個燈光,真係點影相都靚,先講焗布甸叫Fleur Lover,有不同生果都埋食用花, 雖然話要20min 製作,不過都好快有得食,唔太甜,兩個人食好滿足,另一個厚切豬黑炭三文治,豬好多汁,真心好好食,店內感覺優閒,好寫意,飲品就無咩試,不過店員都介紹好多都有好靚拉花,下次黎一定要試埋,這間絕對係必回頭餐廳
