616牛肉火鍋專門店 (三陂坊)荃灣三陂坊14-18號安安樓地下C號舖打邊爐永遠都係我既至愛,無論春夏秋冬都想食,近呢兩年見到616牛肉火鍋係各區開左愈黎愈多分店,但係一直都無機會黎試下,今日終於約到朋友黎啦,我地揀左荃灣三陂坊分店,一入到黎見到每一檯大碟小碟既牛肉已經流晒口水啦湯底方面,我地揀左鴛鴦鍋,分別係牛骨清湯拼 沙爹溶岩湯底,估唔到牛骨湯好足料,有好多清湯腩同蘿蔔非常豐富,而沙嗲湯亦好驚喜,香味撲鼻而且超濃郁,必定要試牛肉方面當然一定要試啦,我地分別試左澳洲五花趾,安格斯横格肌,澳洲和牛牛頸脊同埋牛上肋,真係唔知道牛肉原來都分咁多唔同部位,但係最吸引都係由日本長野縣空運到港既信洲和牛,只要輕輕灼一灼,已經有入口即溶既感覺,而且好重牛肉味,真係一試難忘

湯底方面,我地揀左鴛鴦鍋,分別係牛骨清湯拼 沙爹溶岩湯底,估唔到牛骨湯好足料,有好多清湯腩同蘿蔔非常豐富,而沙嗲湯亦好驚喜,香味撲鼻而且超濃郁,必定要試

牛肉方面當然一定要試啦,我地分別試左澳洲五花趾,安格斯横格肌,澳洲和牛牛頸脊同埋牛上肋,真係唔知道牛肉原來都分咁多唔同部位,但係最吸引都係由日本長野縣空運到港既信洲和牛,只要輕輕灼一灼,已經有入口即溶既感覺,而且好重牛肉味,真係一試難忘
