To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Check 返手機,先發現舊年食過雅 • 悠蔬食但居然忘記咗出食評🙈,好彩寫低哂 notes,而家出,雖然遲咗,menu 亦早已轉換,但由於呢間嘅質素真心高,我諗都絕對值得記錄一下。嗰日我哋叫咗兩個午餐,加錢要埋甘筍地瓜扁豆忌廉濃湯配香脆法包。呷一口湯,好鮮甜好 creamy,法包唔算好脆,不過都幾好食,因為有好香嘅牛油同青醬味。唔,有個好開始😌。主菜之一係蒲燒玉子淮山蓉素鰻魚配日本珍珠米,素鰻魚其實係類似麵筋類嘅食物,本身唔會有魚味,之所以似,全靠落咗甜甜稠稠嘅鰻魚汁,令人引起聯想,再加上飽滿彈牙嘅珍珠米,呢個定食質素唔錯。另一個焗烤牛油果墨西哥薄餅配紅菜頭乳酪沙律同香脆薯角我就覺得超正,首先個沙律除咗紅菜頭之外,仲有我最鍾意嘅合桃同藜麥,淋上意大利黑醋,酸酸味味,味道口感都非常豐富。墨西哥薄餅有三塊,餡料有牛油果,雞肉,芫茜同蕃茄,當中牛油果獨有嘅鮮味同芫茜受爭議嘅香味都幾突出,如果你鍾意食呢兩樣嘢,就會同我一樣,覺得呢個薄餅好好食。意猶未盡,叫多個甜品,玫瑰荔枝千層班戟嘅荔枝味比玫瑰味強,成件蛋糕唔太甜,唔錯。至於餐飲嘅雪梨青檸蘆薈冰茶都好啱我口味,茶味夠濃,青檸味夠突出,如果雪

意猶未盡,叫多個甜品,玫瑰荔枝千層班戟嘅荔枝味比玫瑰味強,成件蛋糕唔太甜,唔錯。至於餐飲嘅雪梨青檸蘆薈冰茶都好啱我口味,茶味夠濃,青檸味夠突出,如果雪梨粒同蘆薈再多少少就更加好啦🤗。
