To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友推介下得知呢間餐廳，果然好有人氣👍🏻一上到樓已經見到坐滿哂人，我地都要等咗一陣位先可以入座😝😝 佢地啲menu仲成本字典咁厚，唔同類型嘅日本菜式都有，樣樣都好吸引呀🤤🤤🥢加州卷 $32色彩繽紛咁好吸精🥰壽司上面佈滿咗蟹子🤤🤤入面就有青瓜、牛油果、蛋黃醬，size啱啱好可以一啖放哂入口，食哂咗多種味道呀😚🥢牛肉野菜壽喜燒 $88呢到嘅鍋身都好出名🤩基本上就咁望都見到每枱都會叫一大個share食，唔洗擔心冇配烏冬同白飯會唔飽，因為佢最底有大量嘅粉絲😋而且佢牛肉🥩同蔬菜🥬嘅數量都唔少，食完真係增加咗唔少飽肚感🤩🥢日本芝士年糕 $38呢款芝士年糕我覺得係我食過最好食嘅年糕之一👍🏻👍🏻年糕好煙韌軟熟，外層仲係好香脆😋一咬仲吱哂啲汁出黎👅超yummy👍🏻😋🥢一口炸豆腐 $48豆腐炸到金黃色咁，食落口真係好香脆🥺外皮仲係脆卜卜，入裡嘅豆腐仲係入口即化☺️真係嫩滑無比🥰😝
