在屯門虹橋,有一間很有想法的拉麵店,珈琲配拉麵,讓平時不喝珈琲的我也忍不住破戒,來一試它的風味。店舖面積很少,但很有個性很型格。貝$75單是這拉麵已令我很喜歡了,因為個人很愛有特色湯底和海鮮拉麵,它的高湯湯底是雜魚乾製作出湯汁 再混合雞湯基底,加上 鮮貝和白醬油混合,有清香的甜味,不油膩,忍不住喝光了,拉麵有三隻大大隻的蜆,豚肩肉煮得夠軟腍,最特別是有無花果配豚肩肉吃,麵條竟然是自家制的,1.8mm自家製麵條剛剛好。拉麵套裝$75 (昭和硬布丁+冷萃珈琲)店家建議先飲珈琲,再飲高湯,再飲珈琲去細味微妙的變化,它的black coffee有茉莉花、酸果香味,像飲花果茶,易入口,沒想像中的苦味,還有點焦糖味after taste。昭和硬布丁口感綿密實在,用雞全蛋製作,好有蛋香,配焦糖醬感覺幾有傳統風味。
