餐廳設於長沙灣昌華街,地鐵站行過去大概8-10分鐘。本身打算食個平少少嘅二人鐵板燒餐,但見到龍蝦鐵板燒幾吸引,其他中價鐵板燒餐廳都要成千蚊一位,呢度,$1198/兩位,食物都算豐富。是日精選刺身 (四款): 分別係赤伊佐木、赤小鯛、帆立貝、油甘魚,赤伊佐木為白身魚,口感爽身,味道清甜無赤身魚咁濃,所以廚師用左酸汁調味,味道唔錯;赤小鯛肉質較爽實,魚味較鮮甜。燒活鮑魚: 鮑魚新鮮,肉質爽滑,雖帶微微焦香,但仍保持豐富肉汁,非常鮮甜。燒活龍蝦: 鮮活龍蝦肉質十分爽彈,龍蝦肉鮮甜,廚師仲將龍蝦膏及味噌與龍蝦肉爆炒,使其味道非常鮮香。鵝肝多士: 鵝肝香滑多汁,質感細嫩入口即溶,多士微脆,除增強口感,亦能降低極體油膩感。牛肉薄燒: 脂肪含量較多,油香重之餘,亦夠幼嫩滑身,內餡為香蔥碎,幾香口惹味。櫻花蝦炒飯: 米飯採用日本珍珠米,飯粒夠乾爽,顆顆分明,炒飯調味得宜,而且櫻花蝦份量唔少,令炒飯幾鮮味。炒野菜: 椰菜絲加入大量金蒜炒製,蒜香幾重,撈飯食幾香。味噌湯於用餐後奉上。
