見電視廣告K雞雞又出新推廣雞,見到叫做越南牛油雞,上網見到相似嘅越式牛油雞翼嘅做法,大概係炸完件雞後再用牛油回鍋,所以有'牛油'之名好,入正題K雞雞今次嘅越南牛油雞外皮比家鄉雞黃,放近鼻時有陣陣蒜茸味,不過牛油香可能被蒜茸搶過, 香味比較弱,趁熱食, 皮仲好脆而且油感滿滿,外皮同樣蒜茸味多過牛油味,咬落肉時熱騰騰油汁擠出黎, 好juicy,而且依然係K雞雞一貫夠哂鹹嘅味道, 夠惹味唯一可惜係牛油味唔突出,不過一向我好難食得出牛油味, 所以唔介意

唯一可惜係牛油味唔突出,
不過一向我好難食得出牛油味, 所以唔介意
