香港食越南菜,一講"火車頭" 個個都會認得這間越南餐廳,可以講香港最出名越南菜始祖,雖然現在已經很多越南餐館,但我還是鍾情這間老字號店位於大坑第一店,雖然開了很多年,但內裡仍然保持很乾淨當然要點招牌菜: 火車頭招牌湯河生牛肉肉汁夠嫩,牛丸夠彈牙,除左足料配菜外,湯底亦十分重要,香濃牛骨湯,令我飲清洒全碗湯牛油果軟穀蟹紙米卷牛油果軟殼蟹配紙米卷,口感清新,令人不會太油膩感覺馬拉盞通菜大大碟,芡汁帶點咸香味,正椰青,清甜涼爽還有沙嗲雞肉串,雞肉嫩滑多年來,每道菜都仍舊保持水準,不枉我鍾情這間老字號店
