朋友剛由越南回港,聽到不少越南美食,唔去都要搵間試下,搵了一輪,決定去旺角呢間試,廣華街容易搵,晚餐款式多。分step1,step2,同3。先選主食。我選了生蝦拼滑雞椰汁酸辣檬檬粉到......大碗外型都吸引到👍🏻先飲湯,帶酸但濃雞湯味。配合得不錯。店員細心講要加辣招仔同蒜頭會更好,當然愛食的我就會試。加了後會辣了同更濃蒜香味出晒。先食蝦。燒過,同蝦唔乾身反而更滑口,蝦頭肉多。雞肉就比較一般。但滑,檬粉細緻。加入湯完全配合再食酸辣鳳爪,店員說用黃糖加入,所以色澤會深色小小。吃了口比較甜。但酸辣味都出色。配料樣樣都香口吸引最後點了利賓納梳打,都幾有特色。可以再試
