一向好鍾意食越式既湯河,今日行街見到係荃灣都開左越北,下午茶時間,平均都係HK$50碗粉,價錢都算幾吸引!因為唔食洋蔥、蔥、芫茜,所以就全走算數!最重要既係湯底,牛肉湯好香濃,配河粉食真係一流,生牛肉水準都幾高,唔會肥到咬唔通,輕輕616就食得,咁就夠曬滑!我就鍾意加埋辣椒粒同青檸,個湯底即時惹味左好多。另外個碗越式火車頭係咩都有,我試左粒牛丸覺得都幾彈牙同埋有鮮牛肉味,口感同味道都幾好,越北都幾高質!
