平日最鍾意食越南菜,今日就嚟到上環呢一間越蘆越南牛肉粉開餐。雖然聽落去鋪頭名好似平平無奇,估唔到內有乾坤,除咗常見既越南粉之外,仲有越式嘅海鮮可以嗌。我最鍾意一定係呢隻河內香茅燒春雞。雞肉份量十足,啖啖肉,咬落去唔會乾爭爭,有肉汁,香茅味濃郁。而我朋友就最鍾意香茅鹽焗燒魚,與被一層厚厚嘅鹽所包圍,撥開鹽層,就係鮮香既魚肉。魚肉口感嫩滑,有淡淡的鹹味,鹽既咸味係啱啱好,為條魚帶來更豐富嘅味道層次之餘,又唔會蓋過魚原本嘅鮮味。最後我哋食咗海防烤原條魷魚,個醬汁幾惹味!總結嚟講,食物充滿特色同濃厚越南風味,海鮮夠新鮮。下次有機會去上環,都可以再食!

我最鍾意一定係呢隻河內香茅燒春雞。雞肉份量十足,啖啖肉,咬落去唔會乾爭爭,有肉汁,香茅味濃郁。
