落咗幾日雨,今日趁住天氣好又出元朗搵食,來到呢間越式小店,睇餐牌先知道原來係越南家庭來港經營,一於試下正宗越南風味美食。餐廳主菜可以優惠價追加小食,最後加咗一份紙米卷及柑吉雞翼。生牛肉湯河 :可以揀生或熟牛肉,先試試湯底,味道好鮮甜,餐廳標榜唔落味精,飲完都唔覺得口渴;牛肉份量都幾多,浸湯後半熟,食落好香牛肉味。柑吉雞翼 :雞翼外皮焗得香脆,肉質依然鮮嫩,柑吉醬甜中帶甘味,食落非常開胃。燒豬頸肉紙米卷 :紙米卷口感煙韌,餡料好豐富,除咗豬頸肉外,仲有生菜、甘筍絲及檬粉,沾埋魚露食更加好味。蛋咖啡 :第一次試蛋咖啡,係以蛋黃取代牛奶做成泡沫效果。上枱時鮮黃嘅蛋及咖啡層次分明,賣相好吸引。入口好濃蛋香味,蛋黃泡沫味道微甜,有d似蛋糕咁,配上咖啡感覺好特別。
