To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完愉景新城工作,便🚙找地方醫肚,行行下轉左去內街,見到有一間越南餐廳,反正又好耐冇食過越南菜,便去試一試支持一下小店入到店,鋪面積不大,晚市時份都有九成入座率,坐下後,望一望餐牌,價錢大眾化💰選擇不是太多,所以望了一會,就好快拍板,一個越式法包(小),生牛肉湯檬,咖喱蟹肉撈檬,米紙蝦卷,鹹檸梳打✖️2️⃣,再加甜品馬豆糕紅豆糕各一。越式法包(小),口感和餡料出奇地豐富,有生菜,芫荽,醃製紅白蘿蔔,扎肉,豬肉,肉鬆等材料😋意想不到所有材料加埋一齊,出奇地夾😋米紙蝦卷,米紙內裡,有滿滿的生菜和檬粉,青瓜絲,當然唔少得🦐,食時,再點上酸酸的醬汁咖喱蟹肉撈檬,第一次食,勁多🦀肉,好足料,配上香濃的咖哩汁,非常好食🤩🤩,正👍🏻👍🏻生牛肉湯檬,一碗麵食,湯底是重點,幸好這湯底夠清甜,配合香葉和洋蔥絲,完美的襯托牛肉肥膏小之又小👍🏻,檬粉分量,一個人剛剛好。日後如果有機會再經過附近,定必會再次到訪
