To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚越式晚餐在街坊小店的小越廚享用。我的蟹膏湯檬,第一次嘗試蟹膏炒雞蛋,蟹膏甘香加埋蛋香,幾特別,幾正喎!蕃茄湯底完全冇油膩,仲有鹵豆腐、札肉片、豬紅、蕃茄、金不換香葉.....,和不可不吃的爽滑檬粉!我的特飲牛油果奶昔$25,比較清淡,牛油果清淡味道是正確,也啱我的口味!來到吃越菜,生牛肉湯檬$55也是不二之選,仲送餐飲熱檸檬茶,生牛肉浸在熱湯裏就剛剛好,吃到鮮牛肉味道,和獨有的越南牛肉湯底味道!香矛豬肉湯檬$56,小店餐牌推介有3隻手指公「讚」,當然要試試,碗面呈現香料十足,豬肉和湯檬都足份量,不過,三碗湯麵檬比較,香矛豬肉湯檬就比較多油少少,相信是豬肉關係,但味道挺不錯。特飲青檳梳打加12,冰凍又又抵飲呀!我們分享一份越式手撕雞法包$48,造型頗佳的越式法包有豐富饀料:生菜、手撕雞、甘筍絲、木瓜絲、青瓜片、牛油.......,香脆法包口感嚼勁,但太厚身不能一口咬下,只好斯斯文文逐小品嘗。三件芒果糕共$24,有芒果肉粒,糕身比較綿糯,欣賞芒果糕不會太甜。題外話:小越廚餐廳貼上很多手繪圖畫和迷籐具用品,頗有趣味。
