Restaurant: LIME FISH (Fortune City One)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一城內的餐廳多數為連鎖食肆,漁樂係其中一間相對較新,雖然聽過個名但其實都未食過,早餐諗唔到食乜今次就試吓,估唔到有驚喜。叫咗香茅豬扒湯河,雞扒米線加多士煎蛋,落單叫飲品嘅時候,侍應介紹佢哋嘅檸檬茶同其他地方唔同,檸檬唔係一片片嘅,係已經篤好咗,正確啲來講係檸檬水,有檸檬果肉喺中間飄浮。個人來講幾鍾意,又唔使用力篤,檸檬味又重啲。不過可能個個人喜好唔同,我聽到隔離枱話唔鍾意呢個做法,想自己督塊檸檬😂。香茅雞扒同香茅豬扒正常發揮,而湯麵有菜粒同芽菜,蔬菜比例都多,早餐中比較少有。另外我哋加咗$8多士煎蛋,煎蛋煎到脆邊,多士亦脆口,因為幾好食臨走前仲買咗兩個外賣比屋企人做早餐。
