To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由細食到大幫襯左好多年～阿爸收工順路就會買返屋企加料～以前的確係唔錯～重有金錢雞都好好食～而家Ｄ豬有雪味有豬尿味都唔緊要啦～來料問題～但Ｄ師傅斬料既時候"疑似"係針板到將Ｄ頭頭尾尾換左本身揀既部位～懷疑左佢好幾次啦～揀完之後望到實既話就唔會發生呢D"疑似"事件!!!!!之前返到屋企見到都重係燒肉就算啦～今次變左咁大舊肥膏既～我一斤燒肉１６０蚊～你比左半斤肥膏同豬骨我～想點呀！！！！以後都唔想再幫襯佢呀！
