To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗鹵水汁雲南米線、咖哩魚蛋、鹵水雞中翼、唐生菜，竟然嚟咗辣味，同佢講只係換返些湯，但依然係辣，畀錢嘅時候同收銀（疑似老細）講：明明叫唔辣點解會辣？佢話：係囉，邊個比辣你呀？我話：佢係咪加咗一羹辣油畀我呀？佢竟然回覆：點解會加咗羹辣油畀你呀？我話：唔怪得知香港食肆趕客啦，佢再回覆：係囉，香港食肆趕客囉！與同區返工朋友講，佢都話試過叫外賣明明叫唔辣又係比左辣，費事落去更換，要自己不停換清水減辣，冇再幫襯。另外同其他朋友講，有話有啲食肆特登畀辣你等你叫嘢飲，哈哈，我就係冇再中伏，特登唔再叫嘢飲，不再有下次！
