To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

拎位又唔俾飛人，俾飛就話要等半個鐘，唔等唔俾飛......咩態度？而家等位食嘢要咁？叫位時，無神神唔叫號碼，你幾多位？你幾多位？咁派飛做乜呀？好難唔火有位入座啦，無 lunch 餐得 tea 唔係問題，俾個餐牌黎望下先得唔得姐？話一陣派喎，唔追唔派！要客人等到幾時啊？2:38pm 想落 order, 又話 3 點先有得落單，但又無得叫 lunch , 其實 2:30pm 已入座，想點呢？想食餐飯都要受咁嘅待遇，以為都唔會再黎幫襯呀！
