To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五晚約舊同事食飯,要搵間可慢慢傾計嘅餐廳唔容易。諗起之前黎呢度食飯全晚冇full過,味道又過得去,諗住價錢貴少少就算啦!預早打黎訂位,順利訂到枱兼冇限時,心諗終於攪掂啦!點知今晚食到後半,已經有職員過黎要我地8點交枱,話有人等位。我提醒職員:我訂枱嗰陣你冇話限時架喎!職員作罷行開。點知轉頭有位貌似經理的人過來重申要我地交枱,話有客等緊位,即使我訂枱時冇講限時交枱都要交。1小時內前後4次有職員過黎要清我地張枱,拎埋張單過黎要我地埋單。即使我每次都重申我訂枱嗰陣你冇講限時,佢地都只係答一句:有客等緊枱。我問佢你角落張吉枱擺喺度做乜?佢繼續答我:有客人等緊位。我地7點先開始食,你要我8點交枱?我食快餐可以15分鐘食完,但我比咁嘅價錢黎食啲普通野,你竟然仲要趕客我就真係接受唔到囉!一定唔會再去!!我們點了一鴨二食,但片皮鴨未上,第二吃就已經一早來了,不是太本末倒置了嗎?而且不知是否因生菜太凍?鴨肉碎都涼了。食物外表沒半點吸引之處,故沒有拍照。
