To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今朝開完個會，想說上黎好好嘆個午餐，但由於享用時段有點晏，時間約於下午一點半後兩點前，侍應表示午餐兩點收，故所有食物都出得好急，亦食得好急，收得好急，付款亦很急。我想由頭盤麵包、餐湯、沙律、主菜、甜品加餐飲，都有30- 45分鐘的時間享用既。只怪用餐時間不合時。餐廳的裝潢不錯，風景也很美，但坦白說我也未有怎樣好好地欣賞。至於食物味道，認真講句，不知是我食得太急未有留意，還是真的沒有什麼特別，但我只記得食得好飽。
