To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 7:07 分落單,7:11上湯,7:12上和牛义燒,7:13上茘枝咕嚕肉,7:16上埋北京烤鴨,上菜速度比趕客茶餐廳還要快。湯清而甜,湯渣比湯多。和牛义燒是室温,绝不是即叫即煑,配蒜頭,味道是絕配。咕噜肉外脆但肉未夠嫩滑,味道略嫌酸了點 (純個人喜好)。片皮鴨也是室温,幸好皮仍有小脆肉也腍。連茶位加一總計$983,扣$200商塲贈卷,感覺才好些。7:52 已吃完埋單,很適合趕時間只求填飽肚的朋友,想聚舊邊吃邊談或慢慢享用佳餚及欣賞吃的藝術就不建議。而且這麼高級的餐廳,擺位卻枱貼枱,中間亦不設防疫隔板。
