To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趕時間的話真的不了

好想食辣舒壓，於是lunchtime 一個人食譚仔三哥，取票時間12:10，入座時間12:32，上餐時間13:05⋯⋯⋯⋯我本身都預咗要等位同等嘢食，但真係冇諗過要等咁耐⋯⋯最後因為趕時間，食咗10分鐘就買單走人。本身想舒壓，但成個過程令我更加有壓力。然而，因譚仔味太重，我又買唔到外賣返公司食。結論係，我應該無緣份lunchtime 食譚仔㗎啦！其實呢間食物質素唔錯，但人手唔夠，有部分姐姐手腳好慢同只識講普通話，連譚仔話都唔識講。
