To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲茶是新派中菜館，主打可愛精緻的點心，格調優雅，環境比一般酒家寧靜，上環電車軌盡收眼底，🎊氣氛和味道也有港味風情，令人食慾大開。鴿吞鳳梨（3件）人氣的鴿形鳳梨酥，以鳥籠盛著，酥皮外層帶濃郁的蛋奶香，揉合鳳梨醬的酸甜，誘人清香，😍連續吃兩個也不膩。睇住流奶QQ又圓碌碌的流沙包，💕熱燙的流心奶黃洶湧流出，充滿鹹蛋黃香，十分邪惡！一籠八戒可愛的小豬叉燒包，令人心心眼！內餡填滿肥美的叉燒，鮮香肉汁在口中散發，香口的蜜汁甜香，令人食慾大增!師傅燉湯茶樹菇紅蘿蔔燉豬骨湯燉湯火候十足，茶樹菇口感脆嫩，味道甘甜，十分䁔胃。 😇加上綿軟雞腳，和清甜紅蘿蔔，甜味突出，滋補養顏。鹹魚雞粒炒飯炒飯粒粒分明，加上鹹魚粒，風味十足。雞粒大顆彈牙，香濃吸引。千島明蝦角（3件）炸到熱燙燙，香噴噴，蝦角金黃酥脆，內裏充滿彈牙蝦肉，沾上沙律醬，💖鮮味彈牙。鮮菌冬茸羮稠密的冬茸羮，🤩冬瓜蓉綿軟清潤，鮮甜解膩。加上菇菌的鮮甜，滲進湯底中，入口順滑，香氣撲鼻。
