To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗太古城中心接位舊同事收工食飯, 佢就帶我去位於太古城中心1樓誠品生活入面既 食晚餐餐廳自助開放式搵位, 點餐, 取餐及收拾, 座位都算多而且闊落乾淨👍🏾皮蛋豆腐 ($20)甜甜咸咸醬汁配凍豆腐好開胃, 夏天時更是必點小食😋百芳豬扒便當 ($59)便當上大大塊既豬扒好好食🤤 外皮香脆, 內裏肉質鬆軟, 味道亦岩岩好, 便當既配菜非常豐富, 有粟米肉粒、惹味菜圃、粉絲、雜菜同半隻滷蛋, 配菜除咗滷蛋有點失色, 唔太入味, 其他都唔錯, 岩哂送飯食呀👍🏾紅燒牛丸牛筋麵 ($64)湯底味道微辣帶點牛香味, 但湯份量比較少, 習慣連湯食麵嘅朋友食咗幾啖碗麵已經變咗少少撈麵feel😂 牛丸有驚喜, 大粒又彈牙又多汁珍珠豆乳 ($11) 芋頭鮮奶 ($30)*價錢應該係跟餐加配價錢😅飲品還好啦, 點餐時忘了嗌少甜, 結果真係有d太甜, 雖然無乜特別大驚喜, 但值得一讚配料(珍珠及芋泥) 都好足, 飲極都有得食
