To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

足料抵食嘅酸辣米線

晚餐忽然想食米線，一搵就見到觀塘區都有雲桂香，以前我喺柴灣返工都經常食呢間，所以就決定黎回味下佢嘅招牌小鍋米線。我地兩個女仔叫左一碗中小辣嘅小鍋米線配雞絲豬耳，一碗小辣重慶酸辣粉配竹笙同日本鱈魚豆腐，再叫兩支解辣嘅凍豆漿。配菜當然有交換黎食，雞絲唔算太鞋，豬耳竹笙都爽口，竹笙吸埋D酸辣湯好好味，鱈魚豆腐本身偏淡只帶少少豆腐味，不過配埋湯汁都OK嘅。小鍋米線個湯比重慶酸辣粉咸，所以叫辣少少就啱嫁喇，小鍋米線配料芽菜酸菜非常多，多到食唔晒，重慶酸辣粉嘅湯因為有醋，所以酸酸地好開胃。鱈魚豆腐星星形好可愛，就咁食味道偏淡，建議浸下湯，等佢表皮吸下d湯汁會更好味。交通位置都好方便，行去巴士站同地鐵只係5至10分鐘。環境乾淨ok，但明明有張間左partition嘅枱，佢係都要我地坐張冇partition，同旁邊果張枱仲拍埋黎坐，係呢部分唔係咁好。
