荃灣區有不少好野食,朋友想食中菜,我就話不如食潮州菜,朋友就推介呢間餐廳,之前一直想試旺角間鋪,估唔到荃灣都開左。朋友必推潮洲粥,粥底有分兩種size,大同細,我地兩條友就叫個細啦,配料分開點,但點滿$180配料可以送粥底,我地點左蠔仔,肉片,豬潤,鮑魚,岩岩好夠錢放粥底。粥好夠味,肉加海鮮加理一齊好正,分量都不少,分到6-7碗,勁飽。潮洲野點可以無鹵水拼盤$128,有5款小食.豬大腸好有咬口,好入味,豬腩肉有三層肉,口感一流。牛舌軟硬適中,好有牛味。杞子紅棗蒸鮑魚$132/6隻,賣相相當唔錯。呢種食法都係第一次,蒸感覺無甘熱氣,紅棗配杞子甜甜地,同理補血夠滋陰,配上鮑魚,食法幾新鮮,鮑魚細細隻但夠爽口。
