To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

足料牛肉粉絲鍋

今天去了尖沙咀吃韓式晚飯，兩個人只點了牛肉粉絲鍋跟醬油蟹，本身以為不夠吃，怎了最後完全吃不完，因為牛肉鍋實在太足料了，根本足夠六個人吃！牛肉鍋味道很好，牛肉預先醃好，是甜甜的，牛肉質地也很有咬口鮮嫩的那種。粉絲和配菜都很好吃，因為湯底由很多很多牛肉煮出來。另外也點了醬油蟹，鮮味非常，蟹膏也很多，味道適中，不會太鹹。肉質也非常新鮮，最緊要是感覺衛生乾淨。另外特別推介，一定要點冰凍柚子蜜，非常鮮甜解渴，雖然也是用柚子醬沖的那種，但沖得比例很好，也很夠冰👍🏻
