好耐之前黎過呢間餐廳食生拆蟹粉拌北京拉麵,一直念念不忘,終於忍唔住約埋朋友黎encore。橄欖油刺身帆立貝漬帆立貝薄切,肉質新鮮細滑,伴隨橄欖油嘅香氣。生拆蟹粉拌北京拉麵北京拉麵上鋪滿蟹粉,賣相十分吸引,店員首先會將女兒紅酒噴落蟹粉中,旁邊的中式茶杯裝了滿滿蟹粉,蟹粉有好多蟹肉同埋蟹膏,十分足料,味道非常香濃,加埋香醋鮮味更突出。大澳虎蝦乾配北海道帆立貝龍蝦汁意大利飯中西合璧嘅配搭幾特別,蝦乾大隻鮮香,帆立貝大粒鮮甜,每粒飯粒都吸飽醬汁,入口帶嚼勁。開心果巴斯克蛋糕焗到半熟狀態,入口creamy,開心果味道濃郁,仲有啲開心果粒粒增加口感,開心果控必食。Green Gaint/Pistachio Basque用新鮮生果打成嘅smoothie,口感冰涼清新。
