To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於沙田中文大學崇基教職員聯誼會會所的品御軒,主打粵菜。有親戚為中大的教職員,所以可以在這性價比高的餐廳用餐。(可以向餐廳店員詢問一下詳情。)星期六的入座率約九成,大部分都是冬至吃團圓飯。訂了一圍鮑魚燕窩龍蝦宴,食物頗豐富而且質素不錯。首先來到的為鴻運乳豬拼盆,當中包括蜜汁叉燒、涼拌海蜇、脆皮燒豬和燒鵝。個人最喜愛蜜汁叉燒,不太肥但又不會太硬。第二道為上湯龍蝦伊麵。剛上桌時,龍蝦滿滿的鋪滿盤子,賣相吸引,底下的伊麵吸滿龍蝦汁,頗惹味。另外還有翡翠炒花枝蚌片、越式米網卷、花膠絲燴燕窩,食物份量足夠,而且頗足料。之後來到的為清蒸沙巴龍躉,魚頗大條,而且蒸得剛剛好離骨,不會太生也不會太老。蠔皇花菇扣八頭鮑魚掛爐脆皮燒鵝臘味糯米飯鴻運團圓為芝麻湯圓,糖水夠熱,也不會太甜。
